The payment data we collect from you is used to pay for services, such as (but not limited to): website design, website development, social media development, social media advertising, photo editing, video editing, etc.. We will use your payment data for completing transactions on social media platforms for advertising, Google advertising, Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy) and any other platform required for completing the given project.
Webcrafter will only use your information for your benefit in regards to the services and products you requested from us. This may come in the form of setting up your business on a social media platform, or processing your payments with Stripe. We will never willfully distribute your information to unknown parties or any other party without your consent, nor will we use your information to benefit Webcrafter at your expense. The information you provide to us may be requested by law enforcement agencies or possibly by a court of law, in which case we will have to oblige.
Webcrafter will only keep your personal information for as long as contractually or legally necessary. When we no longer have ongoing business that requires us to process your information, we will delete all of your information on our end in order to protect your privacy to the best of our ability.
Webcrafter implements a security sockets layer (SSL) on all of the websites we create for our clients, including our own. These SSL programs are designed to keep websites safe from hackers and other bad actors. Despite our best efforts to safeguard and secure your information, we cannot guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or any other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. Webcrafter suggests all online users use a reputable anti-malware program and VPN (virtual private network) program to minimize risk when using the internet.
Webcrafter does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children (less than 18 years of age). If we learn that we’ve been given information from a user that is less than 18 years of age, we will immediately deactivate his or her account and delete any data they have given to us.
